I got an idea to promote parapara.... but sad to say...I think these methods are only for non-schooling people...
What i am thinking is that the can go secondary schools to perform and sort of teach the basic.... I know there are schools like my school whose principal wanted to invite dances and acts to perform every monday for assembly period.... POst your comments about this topic! thanks

erm.... this methods don't help much, this is wat i think, cause the the sch they will only say para very sissy, may be it will make it more worst. this is only wat i think dun kill mi...lol!

what i was thinking right,is that they first dance,then they teach basic...then pull some out and dance a basic song..... then this way...some may find it fun....dun use sissy songs lah!! use rough songs!! rock type!!

Believe me, this method will never work out. Why? Because a couple of schools had invited my univeristy's dance acts, music groups, etc etc to go to their schools to perform, only to back out at the very last minute. And in this society of ours, where nothing else matters more than grades, any form of art or culture is just a hindrance to their so-called academic excellence. Besides, we can always say we want to do this we want to do that but at the end of the day it's actually not going to be useful because there are only so few of us.
Actually I really don't understand what's the problem with those people who say Para Para is sissy and all that. I mean, why must they stoop so low, making themselves look like idiots, basically doing nothing constructive, just to mock at the 40, 50 odd of us? Is that that we are really so prominent that they must be so obsessed with us and say whatever crap they have said about us? I mean, there's only so few of us, and chances are we probably don't even care about what they are saying, so just what is their freaking problem?
And for your information, PPSG is considering lodging an official protest to a certain magazine for some of the comments they make. If I managed to get that lawyer friend of mine, I'll check if that constitutes to libel. Watch this space.

yeah great EuroMarino, i was thinking about killing the person who wrote that , btw back to the topic . But i basically think in my own opinon the best way to promote para is. Go to where the crowd is most.Which is Cinilesiure. Get Paralist to dance behind that para machine yeah i mean it and i think around 20- 50 ppl will snoop by to take a look. Not only by doing that but encouraging freestylers to get that god dam PPP VCDS to learn the real dance. People in that crowd looking may be interested in the dance too . ( the crowd age ranges from teens to ppl who is waiting for their movie to start) And maybe we could get them to learn the dance and get involved in all this para stuff ! I don't know wheather in marina square the heat is still on on friday and saturday nights but i gota tell ya all the crowd in cini is alot .

Let me put it this way, for those who DONT already know, MS:GS might be closing down end of the year. I can't confirm it, but one of my friends told me so.

Yea, i received this news from isabelle some time ago. She told me MS gamestation is going to make a close down soon perhaps the end of this year or next year jan? Anyway, they intend to turn the whole arcade into some offices and stuff like that. So i bet this is not gonna be something gd... Where's our regular hangouts could be in future? sad  |

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, Zero.
Closing of GameStation ... must we all like gather at arcades? It's a pro and con situation (esp. for those who likes to store lotsa credits in their game cards). Yah we may lose a regular hangout, but do we really want an arcade to reflect where we usually gather ... ?
