PPD? I really have no idea what's that but...
The best source of mp3s for eurobeat songs will be KaZaA, WinMX and such programs.
You can get those from download.com
If you're talking about the mixes from our local DJs, you can get the mixes from the DJs themselves in IRC's #paraparaparadise and #pppfiles
